Men’s Health Week
Men's health

We’ve noticed there seems to be a dedicated ‘week’ for just about everything now: Ventriloquism Week, Donut Week and even Watermelon Seed Spitting Week (yep, really). But, from 9-15 June, Men’s Health Week is on – and that’s one well worth paying attention to.

Organised by the Men’s Health Forum, Men’s Health Week is promoting health and wellbeing amongst gents – and focusing on our increasingly unhealthy work lives. Having an epic workload or putting in mental hours can generate a lot of stress – which can seriously mess with your health.  We know you’re not big fans of whinging but sometimes not reaching out for help can make the problem worse. That’s why charities around the UK are encouraging guys of all ages to get serious about the impact of chronic stress on their wellbeing, and if they are worried, head to their GP to sort it out.
