WIN! A luxury bootcamp break

Want to spend a week enjoying the beautiful Somerset countryside, learning how to embrace a healthier lifestyle, working towards your health and fitness goals and learning how to live more sustainably? What if you could do all this while staying in a luxurious country manor house?

The Green Bootcamps provide an ecocentric, residential bootcamp experience, appealing to anyone looking to kick-start or accelerate their health, fitness and wellbeing, whatever your level. Plus, there’s an emphasis on sustainability. They’re proud to host the bootcamps at a beautiful 16th-century county manor house in Somerset, which provides a comfortable home-like experience in picturesque surroundings. The aim is to kick-start a healthy lifestyle and teach you how to apply these good habits back home. They want to inspire people to move away from fad diets and calorie counting towards healthy, nutritious foods that are sustainably sourced.

You can learn cooking hacks, how to grow veggies and make fermented foods, as well as information on running a marathon and getting mobile. These and many more activities are included in the bootcamps, so you’ll have a great time being active.

This fantastic prize includes:

  • Three-night bootcamp accommodation for one person
  • Three meals, plus two snacks, every day
  • Classes, which run five to six times a day. These include walks, cycle rides, Pilates, yoga, barre fit, outdoor bootcamp, HIIT, TRX, fitball, boxing and more.
