A summer of gains for Muscle Mousse

Muscle Mousse has unveiled its new-look, pouch packaging that will roll out over the summer.

The pouches made a brief appearance at this year’s BodyPower Expo in Birmingham, and are now set to steadily take over from the former tub packaging.

Muscle-Mousse-Choc

The leading dessert mousse that provides a whopping 30g protein has also recently seen improvements to its 7 popular flavours (chocolate, milky white chocolate, peanut choc caramel, bubbly mint chocolate, strawberry, butterscotch and banana). Just when you thought it couldn’t taste any better!

“We are always looking at ways to improve our product and we truly believe the mousse now tastes better than it ever has. Protein shakes and supplements are often quite chalky or gritty in consistency, so it’s important for the mousse to be as smooth and delicious as possible, while still providing a substantial amount of time-release protein. The pouches are so much more convenient and look very stylish so should appeal to an even wider audience. ” said Claire Harper, Director of Muscle Mousse.

The 750g, resealable pouches not only look much more stylish, but are considerably less bulky than the tubs so perfect for taking with you away on business trips, to the office or just taking up less room in the kitchen!

Protein dessert

Muscle Mousse has enjoyed a storming start to the summer, teaming up with GNC once again for the annual Moose Tour. 13 GNC stores from Leeds to Exeter enjoyed a visit from the Moose, giving fans a chance to taste the protein dessert, find out more about the product and also grab the collector’s item that is the Moose selfie.

“Muscle Mousse is not only good for gym fanatics looking for protein sources, but is also useful for banishing sweet cravings with a healthy replacement. The mousse is also gluten free and ideal for those on diets so the tour is a great opportunity for us to spread this message” Claire added.

In London, the Moose even grabbed the attention of Paddy McGuinness who took to Twitter to post a rather humorous tweet about the furry mascot.

The popular #GreatBritishMousseOff competition is also set to return later this summer following its success earlier in the year. The competition aims to find the Paul Hollywood of the protein chefs and celebrates the very best in protein baking talent!
